Who Am I?

You could say that I am someone who has always been fueled by a few lifelong passions—my love for German Shepherds (that's my dog Bosco in the picture. Yes he is the best doggo in the world), a fascination with cars, an appreciation for nature, a deep passion for technology, and, most significantly, a relentless obsession with improving myself.

Providing a career journey that has been diverse, spanning multiple industries and giving me a unique perspective on peoples problems, enabling me to quickly adapt, and create solutions in our constantly changing world.

Specializing in Automation and Efficiency

Over the years my professional journey has included:

• Systems and Process Improvement: I love developing complex, cross-platform automations using tools like Power Automate and Zapier. My goal is simple: to simplify data management, eliminate those tedious, repetitive tasks, and deliver tangible improvements for both the employees and company.

• Website Design & Lead Generation: I have a strong background in creating and improving websites, including membership and sales pages. This includes the entire lead generation lifecycle: designing and building landing pages with platforms like Unbounce, ClickFunnels, Webflow and WordPress, crafting compelling sales copy and visuals, and conducting A/B testing to optimize every element for conversion.

• Digital Marketing & CRM: My experience includes managing multi-channel ad campaigns (Google, YouTube, and Facebook) with monthly budgets exceeding $20,000, building and testing email marketing campaigns, and optimizing CRM systems to improve efficiency.

• Technical Administration & Support: I have extensive experience in System administration, managing groups and permissions, and providing technical support to both in-office and remote staff for Microsoft 365 products, VoIP phone systems, and network issues.

The Strategic Pivot and Current Focus

My journey has always been defined by a knack for building efficient systems, adapting to new technologies, and automating repetitive tasks, and I am now channeling that drive into a life-long career in the IT industry.

Following a necessary family leave spanning from 2024 through most of 2025 (now fully resolved), I have committed myself entirely to building a long-term career in the IT industry, with an emphasis on Network Engineering then likely to Cybersecurity.

Since I’m not the type who can stop doing things, while on this career break I’ve been using this time to improve my skillset, including:

• Networking: I am actively studying core concepts, gaining practical configuration experience with Cisco Packet Tracer, and am on track to pass the CCNA certification exam before the end of 2025.

• Advanced Skills: I am also advancing my proficiency in Python scripting and integrating Generative AI into my solutions to remain at the forefront of digital strategy.
